Being away from home has never been easy, especially at first where you don’t know where to get a fridge or an extra lamp or table, and also tenants always speak about service delivery, logging complaints, and requesting extras.
Metro wants to create an environment where their tenants can feel at home. MySpace is a property/ residence management application, that allows tenants to log complaints, request extras, do check-ins.
The Solution was to develop a system that can automate the process of logging complaints, requesting extras and doing inventory check-in.
The application has an element of ticket management, customer satisfaction, and it also creates two-way fast communication compared to an email through the use of push notifications, and also users get instant replies to create instant service delivery.
Which is why we created a mobile application that will be used by both tenants and various services providers such as, residence student assistant, electrician, plumber, residence manager, etc. These various service providers will be able to respond to complaints, requests, and also view check-ins.
