Myspace is a property/ residence management application, that allows tenants to log complaints, request extras and do check-ins. The Myspace App by Metro Rez was established, to increase service delivery and customer satisfaction, providing quality services to the tenants.

Key Value Add

We developed a system that automates the process of logging complaints, requesting extras and doing inventory check-ins. We created a mobile application that is used by both tenants and various service providers such as, residence students assistants, electricians, plumbers, residence managers, etc.

These various service providers are able to respond to complaints, requests, and also view check-ins.

This management system improves student management efficiency and the overall student living experience. It provides scope for easy and clear communication between the tenants, landlord and the various service providers. Offering students an improved and more personalized experience.
