Ubiquitous 360 is an all in one data driven utilities & services monitoring and management solution for large scale facilities managers (e.g. local municipalities, property developers, estate managers, etc), to provide them with accurate billing information based on consumption and other related metrics.

Not having such solutions results in citizens & tenants refusing to pay their utilities bills.

We developed this solution to bridge the gap between the citizens & tenants and their facilities managers (e.g.. local municipalities, property developers, estate managers, etc), to enable them to effectively monitor and evaluate the services. These smart meters are installed in residences to keep track of the services rendered (e.g. water, electricity, gas, etc) consumption of the citizens or tenants. The system generates statements and reports to send out to the respective stakeholders. Furthermore, managers have access to the system’s dashboard which thus allows them to see all “consumption in” (citizens & tenants) and consumption out (their suppliers).

One of the advantages of the system is it keeps the citizens engaged, the system has a feature that enables the administrator to notify the citizens of an anticipated breach of service delivery such as water cuts, load shedding, and maintenance of infrastructure.
